Average employee views are compared with the organisation’s ideal view, with gaps identifying areas where special attention may be required. The larger differences in female and male perspectives on the same gender diversity issues uncover barriers, but also opportunities, to improve gender diversity.
Reports are provided for each segment of the organisation with areas of strength and areas for improvement highlighted. Organisation-wide challenges and challenges for specific segments of the organisation are identified.
